196001 - Aisle Alarm

The Bear Safety Aisle Alarm is a motion-activated anti-collision warning system designed for warehouse intersections and blind corners where pedestrian and forklift traffic cross paths. Using dual passive infrared motion sensors, the device detects movement from both directions and triggers a warning with flashing red LEDs and an optional audible alert — giving operators time to slow down or stop before a collision occurs.

No wiring, no complexity. Powered by 3 × D-cell batteries (not included), the Bear Safety Aisle Alarm is completely wireless and installs in seconds. It features built-in magnets for quick mounting to racking or other metal surfaces, and also includes mounting holes for non-metal corners.

Engineered for industrial environments, the Aisle Alarm is lightweight, portable, and rugged — operating in temperatures from -20°C to 40°C with a recommended install height of 1–1.5 metres and a detection range of 6 to 8 metres. Its compact design makes it ideal for flexible deployment throughout warehouse facilities.
